All members are required to sign a Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk agreement upon enrollment. BDYEL LLC is not liable for injuries sustained during training. Members acknowledge that they have consulted a physician and are physically capable of engaging in strenuous exercise.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
